I went on bighornoutdoor.com hoping to find some decent outdoor gear, but the selection was disappointing. A lot of the stuff I expected to see just wasn’t there, and some categories looked almost empty. It made me a little wary too, like I didn’t want to click around too much and end up getting fooled by a site that doesn’t really have much to offer. Overall, not really worth my time.

"Warranty support was really frustrating"
I ran into an issue and tried to use the warranty, but getting any real help turned into a headache. The replies were slow, and when they did respond, it didn’t feel like they were actually trying to solve anything. It kind of felt like I was just being passed around. Has anyone else had the same issue with Bighornoutdoor? After this experience, I don’t think I’d buy from them again...

"Setup took way more effort than I expected"
I ordered this from bighornoutdoor.com and thought I’d have it put together quickly, but it ended up eating up half my Saturday. The instructions felt like they were written for someone who already knew what they were doing, and some of the parts didn’t seem to match the labels, which made the whole process way more frustrating than it needed to be.
I had to backtrack a couple times and eventually started watching random videos just to figure out what the manual was trying to say. Maybe someone more handy wouldn’t mind it as much, but for me, at this price, assembly should feel a lot smoother. I’d be hesitant to order again if this is what setup is normally like.

"Wrong items showed up"
I ordered two camping chairs, but the box showed up with one chair and a tarp I never even picked. Shipping was fine, but there wasn’t much explanation, so I kind of felt left in the dark about what happened. Now I have to deal with returns or getting the missing chair sorted out. Not the worst experience ever, just really annoying.

"Felt overpriced and kind of left in the dark"
I walked away feeling like I paid way more than it was worth. The quality was okay, but nothing really stood out or made it feel special. I also had that left-in-the-dark feeling, like I wasn’t totally sure what I was getting for the price until it showed up. I probably could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else, so I’m not too happy with the value overall.

I tried to place an order, but the pages kept freezing and checkout kept kicking me back to earlier steps. After a few tries, I just trusted my gut and gave up because it didn’t feel worth the frustration.

"Not as good as I hoped"
It looked fine when it arrived, but the material just feels kind of cheap. Used it once and already noticed some loose stitching. Disappointed

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from bighornoutdoor.com thinking it would ship within a few days, but it just kind of sat there. I kept checking the tracking myself and for over a week there was basically no movement.
The updates weren’t helpful either. It was just the same tracking info every time, and I, i started wondering if anything was even happening with the order.

It did finally show up, but by then I didn’t really need it anymore. The product might be okay, but the shipping was way too slow, so I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain time.

"Fell apart way too fast"
I bought this thinking it would actually hold up outside, but nope. After just a few uses, the stitching started coming loose and the material already looked worn out. feels like they used cheap materials and still charged too much for it. I’m annoyed because this should’ve lasted way longer. Definitely not worth the money.

"Wish I Had Known the Return Would Be This Bad"
I really regret ordering because the return process was such a hassle. I sent everything back and then had to wait forever for the refund to come through. It was frustrating and made me wish I hadn’t bothered in the first place.

"Did anyone else get their order like this?"
My first order from Bighornoutdoor showed up in rough shape. The box was crushed and partly open, and one of the items had scratches on it. The packaging inside was all messy too, like it had been tossed around during delivery. For the price, I expected it to arrive in better condition. Now I’m stuck dealing with getting it sorted out, which is frustrating. Has anyone else had this happen with them, or did I just get unlucky?

I emailed twice about my order and, as far as I can tell, never got a real response. Maybe I missed something, but it definitely didn’t feel like anyone was actually helping. I’m sure I won’t be ordering from here again.
